Texas Longhorns Players To Watch:
Offense: Quarterback – Quinn Ewers – Senior
Ewers returns and looks to avenge last season’s Red Rivalry game in which he had two interceptions although he threw for 346 yards and a touchdown. This season before his injury he’s thrown for 691 yards with eight touchdowns and two interceptions, he is facing an Oklahoma passing defense that ranks 12th in the SEC, so look for him to have a field day attacking them.
Defense: Linebacker – Anthony Hill Jr. – Sophomore
The Sooner offense ranks towards the bottom in every category on offense in the SEC. Look for Hill to have a field day making life tough for the Oklahoma offense and building on his team lead in tackles this season.
Bottom Line: Texas Looks to Win SEC version of Red River Rivalry
The Longhorns look like the best team in the country and now returning from the bye hopefully they keep the pep in their step that they’ve had through the first five weeks of the season and take home a Red River Rivalry win and stay undefeated heading into their big test next week.
