Players To Watch:

Baltimore: Running Back – Derrick Henry

The Ravens officially have a lead back and Henry brings five 1,000-yard seasons one of which was a 2,000-yard season in his eight-year career. The Ravens need to lean on the run something they strayed away from in last season’s AFC Championship game that ultimately cost them a trip to the Super Bowl.

Kansas City: Wide Receiver – Rashee Rice

Rice despite some offseason issues will be ready to go in this week one matchup coming off a solid rookie season in which he caught 79 passes for 938 yards and seven touchdowns he is looking to take a step forward and be a big part of the Chiefs passing game. Tonight, he’ll get a chance to do just that.

Bottom Line: Football is Back

Football season is here, and we get a great game to kick off what is expected to be a fantastic season. Two of the top teams in the AFC certainly got better this offseason especially with the additions to the Ravens in Derrick Henry while the Chiefs lost L’Jarius Sneed on the defensive side of the ball. This game is expected to be close but it’ll be a slugfest to start the 2024-25 season.
