Michigan Players To Watch:

Offense: Running Back – Blake Corum – Senior

The Spartans’ run defense ranks fifth in the Big Ten, and last season, he rushed for 177 yards on 33 carries against Michigan State. This season, he has only rushed for over 100 yards once, which came in Michigan’s third game against Bowling Green, and he fell three yards short against Rutgers. Look for Corum to have an explosive game this week and get himself going in the right direction before the schedule gets tough in November.

Defense: EDGE – Jaylen Harrell – Senior

Harrell leads Michigan in sacks with 3.5 and is a key cog to this defense that ranks third in the Big Ten in rush yards allowed and a defense that ranks as one of the best in the country in points against as they average 6.7 points allowed per game.

Bottom Line: Michigan Wolverines looks to win rivalry game before the Bye

The Michigan Wolverines will enter the challenging part of their schedule in November when they face Penn State and Ohio State, who will also face off this weekend. Michigan now has to deal with allegations of sign stealing entering this rivalry game; hopefully, they can block out the noise and come out and play their best game in this one. Despite Michigan State’s record, they will come out ready to go in this one with it being a rivalry game, and they don’t want to be blown out again by their rival.
